Kentucky Webcams

Officially known as the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the state is one of the most important US states. It was initially an integral part of the state of Virginia, but later on got the identity of a separate state in 1792, becoming the 15th State at the time. The state is also known as the Bluegrass State due to its presence in many fields throughout the state. It has fertile soil and a lot of diversity in itself that is also rich in resources. Horse racing and breeding is a specialty here. It also has a coalfield which is very productive and useful. The manufacturing of automobiles, tobacco and the distilleries are important industries here. Moreover, the bluegrass music and college basketball are quite famous here. Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Ohio, Missouri, Illinois and Indiana are the seven states which border Kentucky. It is also known for well conserved, clean and natural environment as well as a number of natural attractions including parks, lakes, rivers, bridges, forests etc.
